  •  Deposit policy Deposits are required the same day you book your appointment, to secure your appointment. Deposits are refundable w/48-hour advance notice. Depending on how the deposit was paid, a refund could take 24-72 hours

  • Grace period 15 minutes “If you are delayed in your arrival, please remember that your service will end at its original time.”    

  • Cancellation policy “I understand that things can come up. I value your time, and I hope you value mine, too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify me no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify me in time will incur a cancelation fee.” 50% of scheduled service.  

  • No show “Please be advised that our salon has a no-show policy whereby any no-shows will be charged a late cancelation fee.”    

  • Kids “To guarantee the comfort of all clients, I do not allow children in the salon. Failure to follow this policy will result in the appointment needing to be rescheduled and may incur a late cancellation fee.”    

  • Privacy Policy Customer information in our files is used to improve your service and send important messages as well as marketing communications. I DO NOT, under any circumstances, share this information with third parties.”    

  • Health For your comfort and safety, please notify me if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert me immediately.    

  • COVID-19 if your test is positive or you are showing signs of anything contagious, please reach out to reschedule. If you are having any symptoms or have been around anyone who has tested positive you will be required to reschedule. MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL SERVICES!
